1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Toronto Car Wrap. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “you”) and Toronto Car Wrap (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your access and use of our website (https://www.torontocarwrap.com/) and services, including car wrapping, vehicle graphics, and any other services provided by us (collectively, “Services”). Using or accessing our services binds you to agreement with these Terms. We advise that you do not access or use our Services should you not wish to agree with the Terms outlined below.

2. Changes to Terms

These Terms can be modified whenever we deem necessary and reserve the right to do so. Changes to these Terms shall be communicated primarily through our website. Should you use our website after these Term changes have taken effect, such action will be interpreted as your acceptance of previously mentioned changes.

3. Eligibility

Use of our Services is restricted to the age of majority in your district. In most cases, the age of majority is 18 years. You admit that you meet the represented age of majority criteria by using our Services.

4. Services Provided

Toronto Car Wrap provides vehicle wrapping services, including but not limited to full and partial wraps, custom graphics, vinyl installation, and removal. The details of the Services, including pricing and estimated time frames, are subject to specific agreements entered into with individual Clients. Our Services remain subject to the Terms outlined in this agreement.

5. Estimates, Payment, and Cancellation

a. Estimates

All price estimates provided by Toronto Car Wrap are based on the information provided by the Customer and may be subject to change. Changes to the scope of the Services, vehicle condition, or other factors may affect the final pricing.

b. Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to schedule an appointment for Services. The remaining balance is due upon completion. We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified on our website.

c. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

6. Service Limitations

While we take every care to ensure the quality of our work, Toronto Car Wrap does not guarantee that wraps, decals, or other materials will be free from defects, fading, or damage in every instance, particularly as these factors may be influenced by environmental conditions, use, and maintenance. Our Services, regardless of Warranty, are provided “as is” once agreed by you as accepted as Service provided, whether expressed or implied.

7. Warranty and Maintenance

We offer a limited warranty on materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the completion of the wrap. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper care, negligence, vehicle collisions, or other external factors. To maintain your wrap, you must follow the maintenance guidelines provided upon completion of the Services.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in good condition and ready for wrap application, which includes, but is not limited to:

• Ensuring the vehicle is clean and free from debris, rust, or any surface irregularities.
• Disclosing any issues, defects, or conditions that could affect the quality of the wrap.

If the vehicle is not ready for service as described, additional fees may apply for necessary preparation work.

9. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toronto Car Wrap will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes any damages resulting from the installation, maintenance, or removal of wraps or decals.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Toronto Car Wrap harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with our Services. We hold no responsibility over your use of the Services outlined in this Agreement, or by your breach of these Terms, violations of any applicable regulatory laws.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to images, logos, text, and designs, is the intellectual property of Toronto Car Wrap. This intellectual property cannot be used, reproduced, or distributed by anyone other than Toronto Car Wrap or those who Toronto Car Wrap has given expressly written permission to do so. Derivative works cannot be created under any circumstance.

12. Termination

All our Services can be terminated or suspended with or without notice. We reserve the right to do so for any reason, whether a violation of these Terms has occurred or not. If any provisions of these Terms survive termination, they will continue to remain in effect to the capacity that Toronto Car Wrap decides.

13. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the City of Toronto or the Province of Ontario. These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the Province of Ontario, Canada’s law provisions.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Toronto Car Wrap regarding the use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
